Attn Runners! Don performs at Nashville Marathon

We are proud to report that a 19-year old college student from Belfast, Maine, Ryan James, is the winner of this year's Nashville Music Marathon! Running in his first marathon, his winning time was 2:32:50, beating the second place finisher by nearly eight minutes. From our stage on Rosa Parks Blvd. at approximately mile 12, Ryan flew by us, however we had no idea at the time that he was from our home state! Joining us on stage this year was a fellow Maine musician, Keelan Donovan, a senior at Belmont University. Here are photos from the early morning gig on a beautiful spring day in Nashville.
On April 28th, thousands of runners will take the streets of Nashville, TN for the Music City Marathon and 1/2 Marathon. For the fifth time, Don will be one of the featured performers along the race course, this year on a stage at Rosa Parks Blvd, south of Taylor near mile marker 11.8. Generally the earliest load-in of the year, Don tees off the music on this stage at 7:50 am and will play until 9:20 am. This is a great race for runners and spectators alike. Don Campbell Christmas, Vol. 2 a Best Seller!
On Tuesday, January 3rd, Bull Moose Music announced its top 10 selling local (Northern New England) CDs of the year on WCSH-TV's popular 207 program. We're proud to share that our new CD, A Don Campbell Christmas, Volume 2 made the top 10 list for the YEAR in only five WEEKS of sales! Released November 22nd, our CD was #9 for the year! Thanks to our Maine, NH and surrounding area fans who supported the release of this CD. In our five weeks of sales, we were #1 on Bull Moose Music's weekly list twice and held #2 (behind Bob Marley) for the other three weeks.
